All our cakes are baked fresh to order, and are delivered at ambient temperature. We do not freeze our cakes and send them out frozen. Your cakes will arrive as fresh as can be and ready to eat.

Yes, all our cakes and bakes can be frozen. Please store in an airtight container and pop in the freezer. The cakes can also be pre-sliced before freezing, so you can just get out 1 or 2 slices at a time from the freezer. Allow to thaw at room temperature in an airtight container.

Due to the current Royal Mail strike action, we are monitoring the Royal Mail delivery service constantly. We normally use Royal Mail tracked for our deliveries, however, at present we use tracked Courier services from either Evri or APC, to avoid your order being delayed in the Royal Mail system during the strikes.
